If you’re anything like me then you’re probably not a fan of buying wrapping paper every year just to throw it out on Christmas day. Although a lot of wrapping paper is recyclable, I still think that reusing something around the house is a much better option. So if you have any newspaper laying around, you may want to try this simple diy wrapping paper project!
Instead of just wrapping the gifts in plain newspaper, I searched for headings or advertisements with a holiday message like these two:
And since we’re only a few weeks away from Christmas they were very easy to find!
This one is great for the Sudoku lover in the family, or if Sudoku’s not your thing, try the crossword puzzle section instead!
Or even a simple monogram!
Not only are these cute and classy, but your friends and family will be able to see that you put a lot of thought into their gift. Plus, you can give yourself a pat on the back for doing your part for the environment…. even if that wasn’t your intent.
